i hate it when i get in one of those poetic 'whoa is me' moods
where i think about the stupid mistakes i've made
and how i fell for his game

how i wish i never met him
(or slept with him)
my! how the garden of my sins grow
but i've been singing this song for 3 years
by now you'd think it was old
or that this hold he has on me
would turn cold
and one day i'd just walk away
instead of giving myself reasons to stay

when he mysteriously comes and go

so i write anotha letter
he spends a little time
and i feel better until this time next week
